The Aggressive Medicine "That Others May Live" Program is a transformational 12 week, science derived, strength and conditioning program.
Weekly training schedules will keep you on track with daily program prescriptions including; strength and energy systems training, recovery sessions and night routine elements.
- Greatly increase broad spectrum athletic performance to the elite level
- Increase calisthenic strength across all strength domains to the elite level
- Increase aerobic and anaerobic fitness to the elite level, from anaerobic power to aerobic endurance
- Train hard and get results without over training
- Excel and thrive in the competitive or combative arenas

All CAN be completed without equipment and NO gym membership is required!
