Are you ready to take your physical and mental performance to the SOF level? Do you think you have what it takes to complete the progressive "That Others May Live" 12 week training program? 

Designed for beginner and elite operators to enhance athletic performance, well-being and recovery. Laying the pipework for success in any physical endeavors. 

This program has been designed to push you to your limits, to ensure we extract your full athletic potential. You will gain the ability to dominate any task required of you, to excel at the elite level and in the most adverse environments.

As an Aggressive Medicine athlete you will simply be comfortable in the chaos.

The Aggressive Medicine "That Others May Live" Program is a transformational 12 week, science derived, strength and conditioning program.

Weekly training schedules will keep you on track with daily program prescriptions including; strength and energy systems training, recovery sessions and night routine elements.

  • Greatly increase broad spectrum athletic performance to the elite level
  • Increase calisthenic strength across all strength domains to the elite level
  • Increase aerobic and anaerobic fitness to the elite level, from anaerobic power to aerobic endurance
  • Train hard and get results without over training
  • Excel and thrive in the competitive or combative arenas

Our training system will give you all of the tools you need to excel both physically and mentally at the elite level. It is time you stopped participating and time you started dominating.

Who mentally pre-games the medicine they are about to do before a training scenario or on the way to the real deal? We all know the mixed feelings when new medics post into the unit.  Uncertainty as to their training, skill levels, and experience, or perhaps a lack of operational experience.  

We designed this exam to test our new medics knowledge, skills, and ability to think laterally.  We can't always expect our new medics to be at the top of their trade - better we know where they are at, so we can train them, iron out their flaws, and improve them throughout their time with us.

    This really is the key to building Mental Toughness.  You do not get mentally tough overnight, nor do you get inspired one day and magically become mentally tough.  You build it every day.  Here are some examples of little ways you can start building mental toughness for anything you do in life using the mantra

    "get comfortable being uncomfortable."

     

    6) Frogman - Apnea Training (CALM/COMPOSURE)

    Let’s get something straight. There is no easy route to a 4+ minute breath-hold, but in this guide I will take you through some of the basic techniques and a training plan which could take you there. I wish I had a secret breathing technique that could add 75% to your breath-hold, but I don’t, and don’t believe anyone if they say that they do! Freediving training is about adding small amounts on a regular basis until your body is conditioned to deal with the high c02 and low 02.

The goal setting theory approaches the issue of motivation from a first-level perspective; its emphasis is on an immediate level of explanation of individual differences in task performance.
