Who are we? Short answer...we are trying!

The ability to monitor, refill and relinquish my unwavering confidence when others become clouded. This is all thanks to my training and experience, all of which I want to pass on.

There is a time and a place to just not give a fuck and start doing what you are trained to do. Just like the speed of light or the distance of a mile, there is a universal constant for how many fucks are required for all scenarios. Unfortunately, incorrect fuck levels given at the wrong time can be detrimental, generally worsening the situation to which the fucks were given. This site (if you want to call it that) will give you the skills to ensure all your future fuck levels are accurate and your training is true.
