New medics posting in? Want to test their skills?

We all know the mixed feelings when new medics post into the unit.  Uncertainty as to their training, skill levels, and experience, or perhaps a lack of operational experience.  

We designed this exam to test our new medics knowledge, skills, and ability to think laterally.  We can't always expect our new medics to be at the top of their trade - better we know where they are at, so we can train them, iron out their flaws, and improve them throughout their time with us.
